Health Net has created an accountable care arrangement in collaboration with Hill Physicians Medical Group, UCSF Medical Center, St. Mary’s Medical Center and Saint Francis Memorial Hospital

Effective January 1, 2013, Brown & Toland in San Francisco WILL NOT be part of the Blue & Gold network.
